Terms of use
These terms govern use of voipthug.com and orders for the telecommunications and contact-centre software operated by VoIP THUG, Ltd. They are the conditions of use, not legal advice.
VoIP THUG, Ltd.2nd Floor, Palm Grove House, Wickhams Cay, P.O. Box 3340, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands[email protected]The operator
The site and the service are operated by VoIP THUG, Ltd., 2nd Floor, Palm Grove House, Wickhams Cay, P.O. Box 3340, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
The service
We operate a SIP edge and contact-centre software: agent lines, two-way numbers, campaign modes, supervisor audio, recordings, intelligence, billing and an API. This public site is a doorway. It does not provision an account by itself. Ordering happens through the channel we publish, currently Telegram.
Orders and payment
An order is what we confirm back to you: seats, destinations, numbers, and what still needs documents. Credit is applied after the payment provider or the chain confirms the transfer. Prices and available destinations are confirmed per build, not as a public catalogue on this page.
Lawful use
You must use the service lawfully. You must not use it to spoof caller identity, conceal who is calling in order to evade the rules that apply to you, commit fraud, or originate traffic you do not have the right to send. We may refuse destinations or features that would make us a party to that.
Caller ID, consent, do-not-call, recording and your data
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your calling: consent, disclosure, calling hours, destination rules, do-not-call and suppression lists, and any licence your sector requires. You are responsible for telling called parties if you record, and for the lists and recordings you put on the platform. We do not provide caller-ID spoofing or identity concealment. House rule 3 on this site names spoofing in order to refuse it.
Suspension for abuse
We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe the account is being used for abuse, fraud, spoofing, or traffic that threatens our carriers or other customers. We may also suspend where a destination or law requires it.
Third-party carriers
Calls leave our edge onto carriers and numbering providers we do not own. Their networks, their number rules and their outages are not in our sole control. We choose them and we move traffic when we can. We do not warrant that every destination will accept every call.
Intellectual property
The site, the brand presentation and the software we provide remain the property of VoIP THUG, Ltd. or our licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service we provision for you. You do not receive the right to copy the site, the marks, or the software except as needed to use the account.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about the site or the service are governed by the law of the British Virgin Islands. The courts of the British Virgin Islands have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the version that applies to new use of the site after that date. Material service changes are confirmed on the account channel, not only here.
