Cluster 03

Consumer finance and debt services

Volume floors working bought and generated leads, where the same lead is touched many times before it converts and every touch has to be defensible. Consent, disclosure and script discipline are not a compliance department's hobby here — they are the operating constraint.

  • High-volume follow-up with callbacks, tasks and outcomes
  • Consent and disclosure discipline, evidenced by recordings
  • Local numbers per market with pools, rotation and rest
  • Click-to-call and webhooks so the CRM stays the source of truth

Sectors

What each of these floors is actually doing

Five sectors sit in this cluster. All of them live on follow-up discipline, and all of them get audited on what the agent actually said.

Debt Relief and Settlement

On the floor — Long, sensitive conversations with people under financial pressure, worked across many contacts, where tone and disclosure matter as much as the offer.

What it uses — Full recordings with synchronised transcripts, required-disclosure flagging on the QA rubric, and a coaching queue so a supervisor's note reaches the agent while it still means something.

Credit Repair

On the floor — A consumer base that is wary by default, a lot of inbound from advertising, and a claims environment where a careless sentence becomes a real problem.

What it uses — Two-way local numbers that take the inbound call, prohibited-phrase flagging against the script you approved, and Silent Listen for sampling without the agent performing.

Merchant Cash Advances (MCA)

On the floor — Business-to-business dialling at pace, heavy list reuse, gatekeepers, and a callback rhythm that decides whether a file ever gets worked.

What it uses — Power dialling on cold lists, Progressive on warm ones, callbacks and tasks against the lead record, and click-to-call so the rep never retypes a number.

Business Working Capital Loans

On the floor — Longer consideration, several stakeholders on the customer side, and documents moving between calls over weeks.

What it uses — Scheduled callbacks and follow-up tasks, complete call history on the record, and signed webhooks pushing outcomes into the CRM your underwriting team lives in.

Property Tax and Mortgage Relief

On the floor — Geographically specific lists, deadline-driven urgency, and a consumer who is far more likely to answer a number from their own area.

What it uses — Local number pools per region, rotation and rest to keep those numbers connecting, and Spam Checker in the rotation routine rather than after connect rates fall.

Pace

Volume without abandonment chaos

Pace is a dial, not a setting you find once and never revisit. Different lists want different modes, and this is one product rather than five.

  • Power for cold

More calls per available agent covers no-answers on a cold list, at the cost of needing real care about abandonment.

  • Progressive for warm

One call per available agent, agent connected to whoever answers. Nobody is greeted by an empty line, which matters most on the leads you paid the most for.

  • Press-1 for qualification

Where it is lawful for your list and destination, Press-1 filters interest before it consumes an agent's shift.

What we do not do

No outcome claims, from us or through us

We provide phone infrastructure and floor software. We do not, and our platform does not, make any representation about savings, credit approval, settlement results or the outcome of anyone's financial situation.

If your script does make those claims, that is exactly the sort of thing the QA rubric and prohibited-phrase flagging exist to catch — which is a feature you will want long before a regulator or a bank asks you to prove it.

Questions

Straight answers

Can you help with dialler pacing compliance?
We give you the controls — mode, pacing, abandonment behaviour, calling limits and suppression. Which settings are lawful for your list, your sector and your destination is your legal position, and it is one you should have before the campaign opens rather than after.
Do you provide leads?
No. We are a telecommunications and software operator. Bring your own list and a consent position you can defend.
How do I keep local numbers connecting?
Pools per region, rotation across the pool, rest for numbers that have worked hard, warm-up on new ones, and regular reputation checks. The free Spam Checker is deliberately available without an account so it can be part of that routine.

Bring the markets, the seats and the calling profile

We will come back with the build: which numbers are immediate, which need documents, which destinations have rules you need to plan around, and what the whole thing costs to run.
