Cluster 06

High-ticket education, lifestyle and sales

Small numbers of expensive conversations. A booked call that nobody answers is not a missed dial, it is a lost acquisition cost, and the whole operating model is built around making sure the right person is on the phone at the right minute with the right coach in their ear.

  • Booked-call workflows with confirmations and no-show recovery
  • Setter-to-closer handoff on live audio, without a redial
  • Live Whisper coaching on the calls that matter most
  • Conversion analytics with no claims about anyone's results

Sectors

What each of these floors is actually doing

Three sectors sit in this cluster. Each runs on a small number of high-value conversations where coaching quality is the product.

Online Education and Career Bootcamps

On the floor — Application-driven intake, an admissions or enrolment conversation that decides everything, and a cohort deadline that makes follow-up timing critical.

What it uses — Progressive dialling on booked calls, confirmation callbacks the day before, recordings and transcripts for admissions review, and QA rubrics scoring the enrolment conversation itself.

High-Ticket Business Coaching and Masterminds

On the floor — Setter books, closer closes, and the gap between those two people is where most of the revenue leaks out.

What it uses — Closer handoff that moves the live call without a redial, Whisper so a sales lead can coach mid-conversation, and outcome tracking that separates setter performance from closer performance honestly.

Travel and Vacation Club Packages

On the floor — Presentation-driven sales with scheduled follow-up, seasonal peaks, and a customer who is comparing several offers in the same week.

What it uses — Scheduled callbacks and tasks against the lead, two-way local numbers so the callback reaches you rather than a competitor, and full recordings of what was actually offered.

Booked calls

Protect the appointment you paid for

When a booked call costs three figures in acquisition, the show-up rate is the business. Most of the fix is unglamorous scheduling discipline that the campaign engine can actually enforce.

  • Confirmation calls

A scheduled task the day before, worked from the campaign rather than remembered by a setter who is already onto the next lead.

  • No-show recovery

A no-show is a disposition that puts the lead back into a working queue with a callback, instead of into a spreadsheet nobody opens.

  • Progressive on the appointment

One call per available closer, connected immediately. A prospect who booked a call and hears two seconds of silence has already started deciding against you.

Coaching

Coach the call that is happening

In a floor with few calls and high value per call, live coaching is worth more than any amount of after-the-fact review — and after-the-fact review is worth a lot.

  • Whisper mid-call

A sales lead hears the objection and puts one sentence in the closer's ear. The customer hears nothing but the closer.

  • Setter-to-closer handoff

Move the live call to the closer with the record attached. No callback, no repetition, no cooling off.

  • Review the ones that lost

Search transcripts by what was said, flag calls into the coaching queue, and score against a rubric your sales lead actually wrote.

What we do not claim

No income, employment or lifestyle outcomes

Our analytics measure your calls: conversion, talk ratio, outcome mix, campaign performance. They do not represent, and we do not represent, anything about income, employment, career or lifestyle results for anyone.

This cluster attracts that language more than any other. Prohibited-phrase flagging against your approved script is the practical control, and it is worth configuring before your first cohort rather than after your first complaint.

Questions

Straight answers

We only make a few hundred calls a week. Is this overkill?
No. Small-volume, high-value floors are exactly where live coaching and clean handoff pay for themselves fastest, because one saved conversation covers the month. You will use less of the dialler and more of the Control Room.
Can a sales lead coach without the prospect knowing?
Yes — Whisper is audible to your closer only. If the lead wants to join the conversation openly, Barge does that instead, and a full handoff moves the call to them entirely.
Can we run this alongside our existing CRM?
Yes, and most floors here do. Click-to-call and presence from the API mean the closer works inside your CRM, and signed webhooks push call outcomes and recordings back onto the record.

We will come back with the build: which numbers are immediate, which need documents, which destinations have rules you need to plan around, and what the whole thing costs to run.
